How long will it take to receive my photo prints and home decor?
Production times vary by product. Standard photo prints are typically ready within 2-5 business days, while custom home items like canvas prints and photo blankets may take 7-14 business days for production and shipping.
What is the recommended image resolution for large canvas prints?
To ensure the highest quality for home decor, we recommend images with a resolution of at least 300 DPI. Our online builder will provide a 'low resolution' warning if your image does not meet the minimum requirements for the selected size.
Can I return a personalized product if I change my mind?
Because our home decor items are custom-made with your personal photos, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer flexible payment options such as Afterpay and PayPal for all online orders.
Does BIGW Photos offer home delivery or in-store pickup?
We offer both! You can choose to have your custom home products delivered directly to your door or select the 'Pick up in store' option to collect your order from your nearest BIG W location.
How do I care for my custom photo cushions and blankets?
Most of our textile home products are machine washable on a gentle cycle with cold water. We recommend air drying to preserve the vibrancy of the photo ink and the integrity of the fabric.
